Requests are approved automatically

It can be frustrating when your requests are immediately accepted without your approval. This is often caused by an overly strict spam filter in your email program. This filter scans the links in the email and "clicks" the acceptance button. There are two (possible) solutions:

  • Set an exception. Most spam filters allow you to add senders to a whitelist. Add Brandweerrooster to this list so that the emails are no longer blocked or scanned.
  • Change your email address. If adjusting the spam filter settings doesn't work, you can try registering a different email address on your profile and see if that resolves the problem.
