24/7 Support
Optionally, we offer 24/7 support to respond to critical large-scale disruptions. For such business-critical incidents, our telephone helpdesk is accessible via a confidential shared number known to the client.
The response time is preferably immediate, but no later than 1 hour. The resolution time is no later than 24 hours, and typically 4 hours.
