Log in to the app

The FireServiceRota app is designed to make things as easy as possible for you. You only need to log in once! Make sure you have downloaded the correct app: FireServiceRota V4. Then open the app.

 

Enter the username and password that you also use for the FireServiceRota website. Do you use SSO? Then use the magic link. After successfully logging in, the app will remain logged in.

 

What if it doesn't work?

Do you have the correct login details? If necessary, try logging in via the website first to check that your details are correct.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option on the app's login page.

If you have not received your invitation or reset email, check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there, please contact the helpdesk at help@fireservicerota.com.
