Incidents in the app

The FireServiceRota app ensures that you are immediately notified of incidents and that you can quickly confirm your attendance.

The notification arrives as a push message on your smartphone. The app is designed so that the alarm sound can break through your phone's silent mode, ensuring that you don't miss any notifications. You can confirm your attendance directly via the push message. Please note! This screenshot is from the Brandweerrooster app and is therefore in Dutch. The notification will look exactly the same in the FireServiceRota app, but in a different language.

You can also confirm your attendance by pressing the push notification, which automatically opens the app. The incident overview immediately shows you the buttons to submit your response. Click on ‘Attend’ or ‘Decline’.

In the app, you can immediately see which other colleagues are attending or have declined attendance, giving you a real-time overview of staffing levels.
