Becoming available within the Geofence

Users can now become available when they are close to their home station

It is now possible to automatically have geofencing make you automatically available while you're in the geofenced area.

This is useful for users that want to be automatically available while they're close to the station. Previously, geofencing could only make you unavailable when you left geofenced area.

The feature respects negative exceptions (unavailable), so the behaviour is as follows:

No negative exception --> user is in geofence --> create positive exception (available)

Negative exception (unavailable as exception) --> user is in geofence --> do not create positive exception

This feature can already be enabled in the users' profile > Settings > Location Settings > Automatically become available when inside the geofence (see screenshot below).


These settings will soon become available in both Android and iOS scheduling apps. But at present time, it can only be enabled from the desktop version.
